Child-R CLeaR Project

Strengthening Children’s Rights through Community-led Learning and Resilience Building Programor the Child-R CleaR Program is one of the core programs of the Communities for Resilience, a newly established and SEC registered community non-profit organization based in Brgy. Salvacion, Busuanga, Palawan. Child-R CleaR Program is a major component of the overall CFR Framework in assisting vulnerable communities found in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas, anchored on child-centered interventions which integrates Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Nutrition and Health, Participation, Safety and Expression in all its activities done within the community and inside Dechelem Community Learning Center.
